There's a feat in Anger of Angels called winged flight. "Fiend" is one of the requirements and can be met with the half-fiend template. PCs can
become half-fiends by taking the half-fiend template class which is broken down into four
levels.
My question is this: How many levels of the half-fiend template class would a PC have to take to qualify as a fiend in order to take the winged flight feat? I could see it being the first level because they become outsiders. And I could see two levels because the fiendish template class only takes two levels and is a less powerful version of the half-fiend. And I could see it being all four levels because they need to be a complete half-fiend. But with all four levels they get wings which makes the feat redundant.
I'm shocked and dismayed that the author didn't address this possibility, especially after plugging Anger of Angels on the same page as the half-fiend template class.
