This sounds good until you look at details.

The program offers one-year loans ranging from $5,000 to $100,000 at interest rates of 18 to 36 percent. All the loans must be repaid through automatic daily "micro-payments" from the MSNBC is just the left-wing version of Fox. That's obviously crap, but why do so many journalists claim it - without a shred of evidence?

I'd love to see some comments from those who buy into the "liberal media" meme, here, but I expect a deafening silence...
